DK Riata

Very unhappy with management change. I've been living here for almost a year and had no problems under previous ownership. Now my lease renewal is coming up, and the current listing price for my exact same floorplan is $514 cheaper per month than what they offered me for my lease renewal. I contacted current management, and they claimed they can't give me their market rate because "it's against policy". However, they generously offered me the current rate only if I moved units, claiming they were following "fair housing guidelines". Seems like a load of baloney if you ask me. Save your money and don't rent here because they will rip you off come lease renewal time.

I scheduled a tour and met Alina at the leasing office. She was able to efficiently figure out what I was looking for and show me the best available unit. I asked to see one other but ended up being happy with the first. Alina answered all my questions and even let me use an office computer so I didn’t have to fill any forms out on my phone. I am hoping to move in quickly, so having someone like Alina to help me through the steps and provide clarification when needed was fantastic. I am hoping to get approved and move in soon.

Safe place, nice units. Had a furnished short term rental. Furniture not great. The knives are garbage, can’t cut anything. They provide a glass cutting board (who in their right mind would buy a glass cutting board). The can opener was broken. For something that is supposed to be convenient, they really lack the thought to make it convenient.

I don’t do google reviews often but I recently had the pleasure of touring the Griffis at Riata apartments, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I stepped foot into the community, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. First and foremost, the staff at Griffis at Riata were incredible. They greeted me with genuine smiles and were highly knowledgeable about the property and its amenities. They patiently answered all of my questions, taking the time to ensure that I had a clear understanding of everything the community had to offer. Their professionalism and friendliness truly set them apart. During the tour, I had the chance to see some of the available apartment units, and they were simply stunning. The layouts were spacious and thoughtfully designed, with modern finishes and high-quality appliances. The attention to detail was evident, and it felt like a place I could truly call home. I can't speak highly enough about my experience at Griffis at Riata. The friendly staff, top-notch amenities, beautiful apartments, and ideal location make it a standout choice for anyone seeking a wonderful place to live. I wholeheartedly recommend Griffis at Riata to anyone in search of a fantastic apartment community.

I lived here from October 2021 to February 2022. I LOVED every part of my experience living here! My apartment was amazing and my view was the best! The general location is so quiet, and I never heard a peep from any of my neighbors. The office team is responsive, very kind, and reliable! If there are things that need attention, they are always on top of quickly communicating the details to all residents! Andrea, Lauren, and JoJo are rockstars and the entire maintenance team is awesome! I miss this place so much!!!! I only moved because of my job changing and I would move back in a heartbeat if I could! Just move here! You won't be disappointed!
